Parc 77 is on one of the Upper West Side's most prestigious blocks, conveniently located between Columbus and Central Park West. This classic mid-rise is directly across from the Museum of Natural History and only one half-block to Central Park and B&C Trains.
La Rochelle at 57 W 75th Street is a historic, pre-war building that is a landmark in the Upper West Side. Eleven stories tall, La Rochelle towers over the surrounding buildings in the area. The columns at the entrance of the building and the brilliant double-height lobby complete with marble walls and a balcony provide the feeling of elegance that the apartments within La Rochelle mimic. La Rochelle was designed by Lamb & Rich in 1895 and completed in 1896.
