Chelsea continues to be one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. With new residential buildings constantly rising, it’s easy to see why people are drawn to this area. Some of New York's most ambitious additions have recently risen in Chelsea, but there is one veteran skyscraper that deserves to still be in the spotlight. The Beatrice has been centered in Chelsea for eight years now, but its luxury units and top-notch amenities can still compete with its modern neighbors.

Two new residential buildings are coming to West Chelsea, located just pass the new Hudson Yards development that will bring over 1,000 new apartments to West Chelsea.

As Chelsea continues to hold the place as one of the most desirable places to live in New York, here are three of the newest residential developments in the area.
 

Manhattan’s history of luxury hotels runs pretty deep, and they’ve been a mainstay for the past century, especially around Central Park.  Recently, New York City’s luxury hotels have found themselves on an uptick, with noticeably higher vacancy rates.

The first official rendering for a new High Line-adjacent rental building from Related Companies has been revealed. Pro-development blog YIMBY published the rendering of 520 West 30th Street, which will rise 28 stories and bring 174 new apartments to the Hudson Yards neighborhood near the High Line in Chelsea.
