New Curvy Tower to Come to Murray Hill

Rendering of 225 East 39th Street

A glass curved building is coming to Murray Hill at 225 East 39th Street, by Fisher Brothers, who began construction in March of 2015, and expect to have it complete by spring of 2017.

The sleek, Handel Architects-designed building has recently topped out at 37 stories and measures 373,248 square feet. It’ll hold a total of 372 apartments–averaging 922 square feet apiece. 75 of those units will be rented at below-market rates through the affordable housing lottery. The interior of the building will be craftily designed by Rockwell Group.
