It occupies the northeast corner at Ninth Avenue and 42nd Street, incorporating four 19th-century row houses on Ninth Avenue. The building has a 10-story wing, and the west facade of the tower is a "gently curved metal and glass curtain wall, accentuated by a deep red color on window mullions and floor slab covers," as described by the designer.
