Construction for one of Chelsea’s newest developments, The Arthur, has recently been completed and sales for the new home have launched.

Originally built in 1938, and converted by Studio V architecture in 2017, the Art Deco building is located at 245 West 25th Street standing six-stories tall and holding 68 one to three-bedroom units, along with a penthouse.

Construction first began in 2012, and now that it is complete, each home features hardwood floors, nine-foot ceiling, and walls with oversized windows. The price for a one-bedroom starts at $4,150 a month, a two bedroom around $6,000 a month, while the three-bedroom home and the penthouse start at $8,450 per month.
