It was once called the Brunswick Hotel, and it was also called the Gift Building at one point of time, but today the historic structure at 225 Fifth Avenue is a luxury residential building that goes by the name of the Grand Madison. Designed by Francis Kimball and Harry Donnell, this prewar building, which was built all the way back in 1906, contains 200 luxury residential units today.
