Harlem 125 was crafted by Greystone Development and was designed by Kutnicki Bernstein Architects, with interiors by Lauren Jayne Design who made home for 12 murals from Harlem-based artist Lance Johnson in the lobby of the residence
The building offers studio to three-bedroom apartments that include floors lined with white oak, large windows, and an open layout. There is also a gourmet kitchen that features wooden cabinets, GE appliances, Caesarstone countertops, and backsplash, while the bathrooms are complete with a large soaking tub, Italian Ragno tiles, rain shower-head, and more.
Residents of Harlem 125 not only have easy access to the various eateries, endless shops, and nearby subway lines in the area, they also are also provided with the great amenities within their homes such as the state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, private parking, landscaped courtyard, and rooftop deck with beautiful views of the city, day and night.
Apartments are currently on the market with studios starting at $1,950 per month, $2,300 for a one-bedroom, $3,600 a month for a two-bedroom, and $4,100 per month for a four-bedroom home.
