The bustling streets of New York have managed to make room for another fabulous residential home coming soon to the rising area of Hudson Yards.
The Lewis was first announced by MADD Equities over four years ago and now the home has finally hit the market. This new development sits at 411 West 35th Street and will only stand 12 stories tall.
The Lewis is bringing in 186 new rental homes to Hudson Yards, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments all with interiors designed by INC Architecture and Design. Homes feature wide-plank oak flooring, high airy ceilings, soundproof windows, spacious walk-in closets, convenient washers and dryers in each apartment, and open kitchens with custom wood cabinets, stainless-steel appliances, Caesarstone marble countertops, and large kitchen islands. Bathrooms are complete with a rainshower, large bathtub, vanity, and oversized mirrors.
This new development is not only desirable for its luxury apartments, but also its top-notch amenities such as a fully-equipped state-of-the-art fitness center, a residents' lounge complete with comfortable furniture, extra garage parking, a bike room, and outdoor space with gorgeous views of the city. The Lewis is located in the heart of Manhattan, surrounded by some of New York’s finest restaurants, most notable bars, close to iconic locations, countless shopping centers, and several nearby subway lines giving you easy access to rest of the city.
The Lewis is planned to be completed by the end of 2018, but homes are already available. Studio’s start at $2,700 per month, one-bedrooms start at $3,400 per month, and two-bedrooms start at $5,900 per month.
