Luxury Rolls into the Lower East Side with The Rollins

The Manhattan skyline as we know it has changed as a result of the many new construction developments that have risen in recent years, and the Lower East Side has been home to many of these new beautiful buildings. The Rollins is LES’s newest addition and although it doesn’t stretch far into the sky, this 16-story rental has brought a new standard of luxury to the area.

This highly anticipated tower is located at 145 Clinton Street and construction is finally complete. It was developed by Delancey Street Associates along with Architect Beyer Blinder Belle and is bringing in 211 new luxury homes to Lower East Side ranging from studios to three-bedrooms.

Each home at The Rollins features white oak floors, oversized windows in each room, airy, high ceilings, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances within the open gourmet kitchen, along with wood cabinets, backsplash, and a large kitchen island with plenty of room for seating. Bathrooms include a large soaking tub for you to relax in after a long day out in the city, slate tile floors, a vanity paired with a large mirror, and a rain showerhead.

Amenities at The Rollins are just as lavish as the apartment features. Residents have full access to the fitness room, children’s playroom, billiards room, cinema room, and 15,000 square feet of outdoor space that includes grills and furniture. This new development is conveniently located nearby several parks, trendy bars and restaurants, and is just a short walk to Trader Joe’s, art galleries, bakeries, and more.

Studios start at $2,900 per month, one-bedrooms start at $3,950 per month, two-bedrooms start at $4,950 per month, and three-bedrooms start at $6,700 per month.
