Solari Brings New Luxurious Homes to Midtown

Looking for a home where the best parts of the city are just steps away? Solari is a new rental development located in the heart of Manhattan among some of the city's most famous sky-reaching towers and fast-moving streets.

Solari stands 41-stories tall at 42 West 33rd Street in Midtown and its glassy and modern exterior fits perfectly into the neighborhood. The building first began construction in 2016. This new rental has been developed by ABH Realty Corp with Architect Stephen B. Jacobs Group.

The building holds 223 homes within the 182,556 square feet of residential space. The homes inside feature 10 to 12-foot ceilings, hardwood floors imported from Spain, floor-to-ceiling windows, an open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, custom Italian Stevali cabinets, and Caesarstone countertops. Bathrooms also include high-level finishes such as imported Italian tiling, custom vanities that are topped with Caesarstone, a large soaking tub, and more.

Residents at Solari will have full access to all of the private amenities such as the state-of-the-art fully-equipped fitness center, swimming pool, spa with a sauna, a fully-furnished outdoor terrace to take in the city views, and much more. This tower sits just a block away from Herald Square along with countless other shopping centers, eateries, parks, and more, everything you could need right in the heart of the city.

As the building wraps up construction, homes will be available soon.
