More high-end luxury homes are coming to Brooklyn, with 153 Remsen Street being one of the newest and hottest additions.
Quinlan Development Group collaborated with Perkins Eastman Architects in order to bring this 19-story rental home to the area. Residents are ensured comfort and security at 153 Remsen Street from the moment they enter the sleek lobby and are greeted by the 24/7 doorman.
This new development holds 60 apartments - just two to four homes per floor - all featuring floor-to-ceiling windows with tall ceilings, floors lines with white oak, central AC, and an open layout. The gourmet kitchens include marble countertops, custom cabinets, deep stainless steel sinks, and modern light fixtures throughout. The bathrooms are finished with white marble floors, rain showerhead, ash-gray double sink vanities with oversized mirrors, and a large soaking tub.
Residents at 153 Remsen Street are offered amenities that are both convenient and lavish including a state-of-the-art fitness center, yoga studio, children’s playroom designed by Carmelo the Science Fellow which promotes both learning and fun, and a rooftop deck with a barbecue grill for residents to enjoy. Brooklyn Heights is filled with parks that are perfect for families, nearby grocery stores, trendy restaurants and bars with outdoor seatings, and plenty of shopping centers.
This development was completed in 2017, but still has two-bedroom homes available starting at $6,000 per month with a variety of different floorplans.
