Located in the East Village at 74-84 Third Avenue will be the new, Karl Fisher-designed, residential complex. This nine-story building will feature 114 apartments, 20 percent of which will be designated for low-income tenants. This structure is taking the place of the beloved sports bar, Nevada Smith’s.

In the center of the East Village, this development is right in the middle New York’s diverse city being the home to vibrant nightlife, culture, and art. Some of the amenities include full-service concierge, outdoor space, and a communal fitness room. The building will include studio apartments to two-bedroom homes.
