Chelsea is currently one of Manhattan’s hottest neighborhoods for luxury rentals, and soon it will be home to 220 new affordable housing rental apartments spread across two buildings. Not only will these two new rental buildings be in the booming neighborhood, but they come with a prime location right along the High Line at 525 West 28th Street and 500 West 30th Street.
The State recently rolled out it’s new affordable housing website in full, which allows eligible applicants to enter their names into a lottery. Apartments range in size from studio to two-bedroom, and are priced well below market price, as seen below.
