Plans are finally moving forward for a rental tower to replace for a rental tower to replace a Brooklyn grocery store, as the project has officially been approved by Park Slope’s community board. The developer, Avery Hall Investments', initial proposal for the tower was 35 feet above the zoning height, which caused the approval process to take a bit longer than usual. 

Williamsburg Waterfront Tower Will Soon Welcome Guests

This stunning Brooklyn waterfront tower will be ready for occupancy this July. The 40-story tower sits in Williamsburg and was developed by Douglaston Development and designed by the Stephen B. Jacobs Group.

There are a total of 554 apartments ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. Each home has floor-to-ceiling windows, solar shades, floors lined with smoked walnut, and an open kitchen that features glass cabinetry and stainless steel appliances.
