A new 81-story rental building in Williamsburg as finally topped out. The glassy brown brick building is being developed by Adam America and designed by Isaac & Stern.
The tower sits at the former site of a Williamsburg White Castle at 371 Humboldt and is nearing completion. The building holds studios to three-bedroom units and 10,000 feet of retail space on the ground floor. Each apartment has floors lined with oak, kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Some of the units will even have private terraces and balconies.
The building’s amenities, which are accessible to all residents, include a lounge, screening area, pool and poker table, and a landscaped rooftop deck that has a glass safety barrier which was just recently installed.
Developers are expecting to have residents move in sometime this summer.
