A unique addition to Downtown Brooklyn has officially been topped out. At 237 Duffield Street, the 21-story mixed-use tower has reached its full height of 210 feet. Once complete, the building will hold 110 apartments and retail space.

The apartment size averages around 768 square feet each, and although it has not yet been confirmed whether they will be rentals or condos, based on their size YIMBY predicts they will be rentals.

Now that the structure is complete, the facade installation is underway. The renderings reveal that the designers Urban Tectonics have decided to go a different route than the neighborhood's trend of glassy and sleek exterior and designed the building to be all red brick.

Construction is planned to completed by summer 2017.
