For the interior of the building, all that is about to change! Slate Property Group is partnering with GreenOak Real Estate to give the rental building a contemporary new look.

Brooklyn’s Residential Red Brick Building Has Topped Out

A unique addition to Downtown Brooklyn has officially been topped out. At 237 Duffield Street, the 21-story mixed-use tower has reached its full height of 210 feet. Once complete, the building will hold 110 apartments and retail space.

Extell Purchases Another Development Site


854 Seventh Avenue currently via Google Maps

Extell has scooped up yet another new development site, a former Carnegie Deli that closed just last year. Located in West Midtown at 854 Seventh Avenue, the building currently stands six stories tall, but that won't last long.
