While tight quarters might be the antithesis of “luxury”, developer Moinian Group promises to deliver cutting-edge interior design with as comprehensive an amenity package as possible to appeal to early adopters.

The landmarked One Wall Street is primed for a commercial-to-residential conversion, courtesy of Robert A.M. Stern Architects. The cherished Financial District building was originally designed by renowned architect Ralph Walker, and RAMSA may soon add a modest penthouse annex in addition to interior updates.
