High Line Luxury Rental Wraps Up Construction

A large development has joined the numerous unique structures that line the famous High Line Park, and photos have just been released for the soon-to-be-completed project as it begins welcoming residents.

The development at 507 West Chelsea is made up of three buildings, a 35-story tower on Tenth Avenue and two 13-story buildings on West 28th and 29th Streets. In total, the buildings have 379 apartments with 75 that have been put aside for affordable housing.

Developed by Lalezarian and designed by Avinash K. Malhotra Architects, every apartment features large windows with perfect views of not only the High Line but also one of New York’s most charming neighborhoods. Each kitchen features beautiful Caesarstone quartz countertops, custom soft gray cabinetry, and stainless steel backsplashes and appliances, while the bathrooms include Kohler fittings and gorgeous white porcelain walls.

Residents can enjoy the building's amenities which include a heated indoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, children's playroom, and beautifully landscaped rooftop deck. Along with this, all of the developments are conveniently located just steps away from upscale restaurants and bars, and boutique shops and cafes.

Construction on the project first began in 2015, and sales for the rentals launched just last December, but the development is planned to wrap up by the end of this summer. Units that are still on the market range from $2,638 a month for a studio and up to $8,292 per month for a two-bedroom.
