One Hudson Yards Readies for Residents

Developer Related has collaborated with architect Davis Brody Bond and designers Andre Kikoski to create a gorgeous new 33-story glass tower at 530 West 30th Street, between Tenth and Eleventh avenues, just at the edge of the highly-anticipated Hudson Yards Development.

This new development brings 178 one-to-three bedroom apartments to West Manhattan, along with a four-bedroom penthouse. Each of the homes contains condo-like finishes such as 10-foot-high ceilings, oversized windows, floors lined with wide-plank oak, and a gorgeous open layout. The gourmet chef’s kitchen features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and a Caesarstone countertop island, while bathrooms include slate tile floors, marble countertops, a glass shower with a rain showerhead, and a custom vanity.

Similarly to the condo-like fixing and fixtures, the amenities at One Hudson Yards are just as lavish. Residents will enjoy the state-of-the-art fitness center curated by Equinox, as well as a basketball court, screening room, bowling alley, children’s playroom, rooftop deck, 82-foot swimming pool, and more. This new development is located a few blocks from the gorgeous views of the Hudson River, nearby parks and subway lines, as well as upscale restaurants and boutique shops.

One Hudson Yards still has available homes. One-bedroom apartments start at $4,700 per month, two-bedrooms at $7,900 per month, and three-bedroom apartments start at $9,500 per month.
