Imperial Companies & Shorenstein Properties have teamed up with designers Ismael Leyva and BKSK Architects to complete a 33-story tower in the rapidly transforming Hudson Yards neighborhood at 515 West 38th Street. Now that the building is finally complete, beautiful homes inside are officially on the market.
The tower will be known as Henry Hall and holds a total of 225 rental apartments that range from studios to two-bedrooms, as well as penthouses at the uppermost levels. A total of 46 of the 225 units have been set aside for affordable housing. Each home is crafted with ash hardwood floors that remain flooded with light throughout the day thanks to the oversized windows. Residents of Henry Hall can enjoy preparing a meal in the large gourmet kitchens that include polished white quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms are just as stylish with subway-tiled floors and every home will also come with their very own Amazon Dot.
Many details of the project were not been revealed until now, including the unique yet modern amenities that bring comfort and liveliness upon entering the new rental development. The lobby resembles more of a hotel, with dark walls and gorgeous artwork, a grand staircase that stretches throughout, modern fixtures, and multiple seating, which allows the room to serve as more of a lounge rather than an entrance to the building. Other amenities in Henry Hall are just as distinct, including a chef’s kitchen, a wine vault, fitness center, and a rooftop deck.
A home within this unique development starts at $2,950 per month for a studio, $3,350 a month for a one-bedroom, and two-bedrooms and penthouses both start at $6,100 per month.
