Three years ago, plans for the newest luxury addition to the Flatiron District neighborhood were set in stone. Those plans became the Morris Adjmi-designed rental tower that sits at 7 West 21st Street, and now units have officially hit the market while this new residential building wraps up construction.

7W21 was developed by Rose Associates and comprised of two towers–one that sits on West 21st Street, while the other is on West 22nd Street. The buildings are connected by the large lobby and atrium located on the ground floor. Both buildings have 14-stories and hold a total of 231 homes, ranging from studios to three-bedrooms and penthouse apartments.

Each of the homes features lavish finishes such as floor-to-ceiling windows, hardwood floors, in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closets, large open kitchens that have stainless steel appliances, polished backsplashes, wood cabinets, grey quartz countertops, and more. Bathrooms have custom medicine cabinets, slate tile floors, floating vanities, and a large bathtub.

Residents at 7W21 have full access to the building's great amenities including the screening room, sauna, lounge, library, bike room, a game room with foosball, billiards, and video games, as well as a yoga studio, fitness center, and beautifully landscaped garden. This building is also located in the exciting and historic Flatiron District neighborhood, where you can find upscale restaurants, nightlife hot spots, and bars as well as iconic museums, parks, and shops.
