The Easton Offers New Opportunities to Call the Upper East Side Home

The Upper East Side is continuing to welcome new sky-reaching towers to its quintessential NYC streets. The Easton is one of area’s newest additions and is one of the tallest. The modern structure adds to the skyline and brings a new sense of luxury to the area.

The Easton stands 16-stories tall and holds a total of 183 homes ranging from one- to four-bedrooms. This tower was developed by Related Companies who collaborated with Handel Architects to bring this glassy structure to 205 East 92nd Street.

Each home was designed by S. Russell, who included lavish finishes and features such as large walk-in closets, an open floor layout with high ceilings, large windows within each room that let in a lot of light, and oak hardwood throughout. The gourmet kitchen includes modern custom wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and more. Bathrooms are complete with marble tile floors and countertops, double vanities paired with oversized mirrors, a glass shower and bathtub.

The amenities at The Easton serve to further boost the building's appeal. Residents have full access to the lounge room that holds modern furniture, the children's playroom, billiards room, private storage space, on-site Equinox fitness club, and more. This structure sits conveniently just a few blocks from the iconic Central Park as well as the beautiful East River. It is also near some of the most upscale restaurants in Manhattan, trendy bars, museums, shopping centers, and several subway lines.

This development was completed in 2016, but luckily the tower still has availability. One-bedrooms start at $4,500 per month, two-bedrooms start at $7,550 per month, three-bedrooms start at $13,250 per month, and four-bedrooms start at $16,000 per month.
