Apartment rentals New York with Chelsea Apartments

Three 5-Year-Old Developments That Still Have Gorgeous Available Homes

New sky-reaching developments seem to be joining the boroughs of New York constantly, but much of what the new residentials hold can be found in some of New York’s finest developments from just five years ago. Here is a list of three thriving rentals that all currently hold availability.

Spotlight: Chelsea's The Beatrice

Chelsea continues to be one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. With new residential buildings constantly rising, it’s easy to see why people are drawn to this area. Some of New York's most ambitious additions have recently risen in Chelsea, but there is one veteran skyscraper that deserves to still be in the spotlight. The Beatrice has been centered in Chelsea for eight years now, but its luxury units and top-notch amenities can still compete with its modern neighbors.

3 of Our Favorite Hotel-Apartment Buildings

Manhattan’s history of luxury hotels runs pretty deep, and they’ve been a mainstay for the past century, especially around Central Park.  Recently, New York City’s luxury hotels have found themselves on an uptick, with noticeably higher vacancy rates.

High Line in High Demand

The High Line Chelsea

Chelsea is currently one of Manhattan’s hottest neighborhoods for luxury rentals, and soon it will be home to 220 new affordable housing rental apartments spread across two buildings. Not only will these two new rental buildings be in the booming neighborhood, but they come with a prime location right along the High Line at 525 West 28th Street and 500 West 30th Street.

Chelsea’s 101 West 15th Street Now On the Market

Chelsea’s 101 West 15th Street Now On the Market

In a city that seems to be teeming with singles, there is some contradiction in the fact that it is often hard to find accommodation in New York City that’s specifically catered to unmarried folk, or even couples. These New Yorkers aren’t looking for a towering penthouse or a sprawling three-bedroom residence—they’re just looking for a compact, cozy space in the city that they can call home. However, such apartments are often hard to find, which is why 101 West 15th Street’s arrival in the rental market is probably going to be seen as a godsend by many of the city’s singles and couples.

Chelsea Park Fully Leased in Just Ten Weeks

Chelsea Park Rentals

Time is of the essence when you are looking for an apartment to rent in New York City—the sooner you move, the better your chances of snagging a home for yourself. In a city that is notorious for its shortage of inventory, new apartment vacancies don’t last very long on the market—just look at Chelsea Park as an example. This new, 204-unit luxury rental building located at 260 West 26th Street started putting apartments on the market only ten weeks ago—and now it is fully leased out.

101 West 15th Street: The Building Formerly Known as The Code

What’s in a name? Well, in the case of the building formerly known as The Code, a change in name seems to have also caused a change in the building’s proposed architecture as well. This luxury rental building, which is being developed by Stonehenge, is now known by its Chelsea address, 101 West 15th Street, and the latest renderings for the site showcase the building with practically no change to its exterior design—the futuristic additions that were to be placed on top of the building are now nowhere to be seen.
