A massive mixed-use project has just been filed for Downtown Brooklyn by Alloy Development. It will bring not only a slew of apartments, but also two schools, a cultural institution, and office space.

A mixed-use tower is coming to East Harlem by real estate investment firm AvalonBay Communities. The tower is planned to rise 68 stories and hold three schools, retail space, and rental apartments.

A unique addition to Downtown Brooklyn has officially been topped out. At 237 Duffield Street, the 21-story mixed-use tower has reached its full height of 210 feet. Once complete, the building will hold 110 apartments and retail space.

Extell Purchases Another Development Site
